Midnight Monday with Julie

Julie: I am looking out of this window and I am liking what I see.

What do I see you ask?

Look! The snow is going! I can see more of the yard.
That means grass will start getting green soon.
I can't wait  to taste some sweet fresh grass!

The sun is getting ready to set.
Be sure to come back tomorrow Mr Sun.
You still have snow to melt!

I hope the snow goes away and stays away for a good, long while! Do you know that here in southern California, we might get some SNOW in the mountains this week?

We hope Mr Sun will work very hard to melt that snow for you Julie.

Our snow is finally gone, but we had a couple small patches until a few days ago.

Less snow equals more bird and squirrel activity! Yay!

We've already had to mow our grass. We don't think we'd like all that snow.

First of all, Julie, our Mom says you are beautiful!
We are just jealous because you will have a lawn of fresh grass to eat.

Looking good, Julie, with that warm sun on cat furs. All our snow is gone, but it's still April and mom says we could still get more snow. We're ready for this chilly weather to be gone.

My goodness! It has been so warm here, I cannot believe you still have snow! Where do you live? Tundra? It has been so hot we have air conditioner on already!
