Julie: We had a snowstorm yesterday! It snowed and the
wind blew it around most of the day. Then in the late
afternoon, it changed to freezing rain and then rain.
It made a BIG mess that MOm says will get
worse when it freezes!
I tried to look at the snow out the window, but as you can see
it is covered with frost and fog. That is because Mom was
lazy and did not caulk the windows in the Summer. Sheesh!
This is what I saw when I tried to look out of the window.
Not a great view!
However, I finally did manage to see this bird in the feeder
eating seeds Mom put out there when the snow started.
I think the bird and his friends were glad to have some
food they did not have to dig in snow to get!
Makes me glad to be an indoor kitty too.
It's warm and cozy inside!

It is going to be no fun for the humans when everything ices over! Too bad your human's neglect over the summer is giving you bad Bird TV reception.
That sounds like the mess we had last week. Yuk!
We had terrible bird TV also, but when the sun came out, so did lots of birdies!
Happy Monday, sweetie. XOXO
Pretty icy things, anyway. Mom has an ice window as wallpaper on the 'puter. We don't have any icy windows for real, but the wind sometimes howls.
So glad all of you are safe and warm indoors :-) We had a big storm too...yuk!
you're lucky you got one. We don't have birds here on the 8th floor. sigh. - Crepes.
Julie, we have birds outside of nearly every window--it's exhausting! But when our human steams up the windows, Giuseppe cleans them off and sings a little song. He comes in handy!
well there ya go! At least you saw a birdie!
Well you saw a birdie, AND your black furs look wonderful against all that whiteness!
Purrz!

Mommy remembers those icy windows, her first house was "airy" so to speak! Stay warm!
I hate it too when the signal to bird tv is disrupted.... so unfair! MOL

At least you still can see the bird ! I can't put up a feeder with my 4 cats + all those in the neighborhood ! Would be cruel :).
We're glad you're an indoor kitty, too, Julie! Stay warm!
Meow
We have the big cold here too
Keep warm by cuddling!
